The service

Elfo helps you organise gifts: ideas, group gifts with split costs, budgets, lists shared with people you invite and Secret Santa. An account is required.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for what you write and upload (ideas, notes, photos, messages). There is no tolerance for objectionable content: offensive, harassing, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or illegal content, or for using the app to bother other people.

• In anonymous Secret Santa messages you can report a message (long-press it) and block the conversation at any time.
• We review reports within 24 hours: we may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who break these rules.
• You can also write to support@elfo.online.

Elfo Pro subscription

Some features require Elfo Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime). Payment and auto-renewal are handled by Apple: the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) also applies.

Account

Keep your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Liability

Elfo is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond what the law allows. Prices and stores entered are indicative.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the app. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
